Who we are
Fixturely is run by [your name or business name], [address]. We are the data controller for organiser accounts. For the contact details organisers store about other people, the organiser decides what is stored and why, and we process it on their behalf. Contact us at [email address].
What we collect
- Organiser accounts: email address, a securely stored password, and when you last logged in.
- Tournaments: names, team or school names, groups, postcodes, fixtures, dates, venues and results.
- Contacts: names, roles and work email addresses of staff that organisers choose to add.
- Reports: if you report a public page, the reason and any details you give.
We ask organisers not to enter pupils' names or any information about children.
How we use it
- To provide the service: running tournaments, producing tables, public results pages and Excel downloads.
- To manage accounts, free trials and payments.
- To keep the service secure and deal with reports of misuse.
Our lawful bases are [contract / legitimate interests: to be confirmed].
What is public
If an organiser switches on a public results page, anyone with its link can see the tournament name, team names, fixtures, dates, venues, scores and tables. Contact details, postcodes and account details are never shown publicly. Public pages are not listed in search engines.
Who we share it with
We use Supabase (database and log-in, hosted in London) and Vercel (website hosting) to run Fixturely. They process data only on our instructions. [Add any others, e.g. an email provider.] We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
While an account is active, and for [period] after it is closed, unless the organiser deletes it sooner. Deleting a tournament deletes its teams, contacts and results.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used, by emailing [email address]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
